RE: Bell Aliant Tariff Notice 266 and Bell Canada Tariff Notice 7202 – Residential Service Connection Charges
On 27 May 2009, the Commission received applications by Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership and Bell Canada (collectively, the companies), under cover of Tariff Notices (TNs) 266 and 7202, respectively. In these applications, the companies proposed modifications to the way Service Connection charges are applied to their respective General Tariff items listed below. The companies identified TNs 266 and 7202 as Group B retail filings.
- 2227 – Home Phone Choice
- 2231 – Home Phone Lite Package
- 2232 – Home Phone Basic Package
- 2233 – Home Phone Choice Package
- 2234 – Home Phone Complete Package
The Commission has received comments relating to TNs 266 and 7202. Consequently, these applications, and any subsequent amendments associated with it, will not be approved on a final basis on the 32th calendar day after they were received. The Commission intends to dispose of these applications, along with any subsequent amendments associated with it, by the end of September 2009.
