RE: Agreement 1313/00 – Novus Entertainment Inc. – Message Relay Service Agreement
On 13 May 2009, the Commission received from Novus Entertainment Inc. (Novus) a Message Relay Service Agreement duly executed by Novus and Galaxy Multimedia Inc. This type of agreement does not fall under section 29 of the Telecommunications Act, S.C. 1993, c. 38. Accordingly, such an executed agreement need not be submitted for Commission approval.
Consequently, this application is closed.
