Re: TELUS Communications Company's updated Billing and Collection Service Processing Charges cost study - supplemental interrogatories and revised timelines for comments and reply comments
This letter sets out supplemental interrogatories and further and final process to address TELUS Communication Company's (TCC 's) revised 23 February 2009 cost study associated with the billing and collection service (BCS). TCC 's responses to the attached interrogatories are to be filed with the Commission and served on the parties listed on the distribution list by 9 June 2009. The information to be provided on the public record in response to these interrogatories should be consistent with the level of disclosure granted in the letter dated 21 January 2009.
In light of the above, Commission staff sets out the following further process:
1) Interested parties may file additional comments solely in relation to the responses to the attached interrogatories, serving other parties, by 12 June 2009.
2) TCC may file additional replies solely in response to interested parties' additional comments, serving other parties, by 17 June 2009.
The above material is to be received, not merely sent, by the above dates.
