RE: Bell Aliant Tariff Notice 262 and Bell Canada Tariff Notice 7198
On 12 May 2009, the Commission received applications by Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership and Bell Canada, proposing revisions to their respective tariffs for residential Primary Exchange Services in non-high cost serving portions of their Ontario and Québec serving areas.
These applications will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15 th calendar day after they were received. The Commission intends to dispose of these applications within 45 business days of receipt of the filings.
