RE: TCC Tariff Notice 361, Former TCI Tariff Notice 623 and TCBC Tariff Notice 4330 - Construction Charges
Dear Mr. Romaniuk:
On 8 May 2009, the Commission received three tariff notices by TELUS Communications Company ( TCC ), under cover of the above noted tariff notices in which the company proposed to revise the rates, terms and conditions for construction. Although TCC identified these TNs as Group B retail filings, it requested that the Commission withhold interim approval for 30 days after the filing to allow interested parties to review and provide comments.
Consequently, these applications will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day after they were received.
The Commission intends to dispose of these applications within 45 business days of receipt of the filing date.
