Re: Bell Aliant Tariff Notice 242 and Bell Canada Tariff Notice 7181
In Bell Aliant Tariff Notice (TN) 242 and Bell Canada TN 7181, Bell Aliant and Bell Canada (the Companies) proposed various changes to the Companies' General Tariffs, Item 5410, Gateway Access Service (GAS).
The Companies are requested to provide their comments in reply to submissions received in response to these TNs by 5 June 2009, serving a copy on parties identified in the attached Distribution List.
The Companies' reply comments are to be received, not merely sent, by 5 June 2009.
It is noted that, consistent with Commission staff's 13 May 2009 letter, the Companies are to submit the cost studies requested in that letter by 10 July 2009.
