RE: Service basket limit updates pursuant to Telecom Decision CRTC 2009-199
On 15 May 2009, the Commission received a letter from MTS Allstream Inc. indicating that the company would be unable to issue the 2008 service basket limits updates by 17 May 2009 due to the unavailability of key resources. MTS Allstream proposed to issue the updated information no later than 29 May 2009.
Commission staff considers the company's proposal to be reasonable.
