RE: Tariff Notice 677 – Province-wide-E-9-1-1 Service
On 4 may 2009, the Commission received an application by MTS Allstream, under cover of Tariff Notice (TN) 677, in which the company proposed a revision to the Province-Wide E9-1-1 Service tariff. The company identified this component of TN 677 as a Group B retail filing. As part of the same TN, the company also proposed revisions to the rate for WSP E9-1-1 and identified it as a Public Good wholesale service.
Commission staff expects to receive comments relating to this application. Consequently, this application for both Province-Wide E9-1-1 and WSP E9-1-1 will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15 th calendar day after it was received.
Yours sincerely,
