Re: Part VII application by Shaw Cablesystems Limited (Shaw) seeking an order directing TELUS Communications Company (TCC) to provide Support Structure Service in various British Columbia Communities
This is further to your letter dated 7 May 2009, wherein Shaw requested approval to withdraw the above noted application after having resolved its issue with TCC.
Shaw’s request to withdraw the Part VII application is accepted and accordingly, the Commission file is now closed.
