RE: Agreements 1033/02 and 1299/00
On 14 April 2009, the Commission received two applications by TBayTel, requesting approval of agreements which were filed in confidence without abridged versions.
In accordance with section 19 of the CRTC Telecommunications Rules of Procedure, the company is requested to provide abridged versions of the proposed agreements for the public record or reasons as to why it is opposed to filing abridged versions by 30 April 2009.
Consequently, the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 10 business days of the receipt of the applications. The Commission expects to render its decision within 45 business days of the applications being filed.
