The Commission is continuing its analysis of Tariff Notice 7178 and Tariff Notice 239, Wholesale Local Service and Features Tariff Item 317. Accordingly, the Commission is unable to dispose of this application within 45 business days of the filing date. The Commission expects to render a decision with respect to the above-noted application by third quarter 2009.
