Dear Ms. Garcia:
Re: Request to withdraw Allotel Telecommunications Inc.'s Competitive Local Exchange Carrier Tariff
On 26 March 2009, the Commission received a letter by Allotel Telecommunications Inc. (Allotel), in which the company requested the withdrawal of Allotel's Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) tariff (CRTC Tariff 21580). The company noted that it has been inactive since its creation and has not provided any type of telecommunications services and will not do so in the future.
Allotel's request to withdraw its CLEC Tariff is accepted.
Yours sincerely,
Original signed by R.A. Morin
