RE: Tariff Notice 352 – OC-3 Inter-exchange Channels

On 19 March 2009, the Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Company, under cover of Tariff Notice (TN) 352, in which the company proposed the introduction of OC-3 Service – Newton-Cloverdale and CDNA, a customer-specific arrangement. The company identified TN 352 as a Group B retail filing.

The company is providing additional information to the Commission on its application. Consequently, this application will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day after it was received. The Commission intends to dispose of this application prior to the end of April 2009.

Yours sincerely,
