Re: Part VII applications by TCC, Bell Aliant and Bell Canada to stay Telecom Decision 2008-117 and Telecom Order 2009-111
On 11 March 2009, TELUS Communications Company (TCC) applied under Part VII of the CRTC Telecommunications Rules of Procedure (the Rules) for a stay of Telecom Decision 2008-117 and Telecom Order 2009-111. [1] On 12 March 2009, Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership (Bell Aliant) and Bell Canada applied under Part VII of the Rules for a stay, in part, of Telecom Decision 2008-117 and Telecom Order 2009-111. These applications are referred to collectively as the Stay Applications.
Cybersurf Corp. and MTS Allstream Inc. commented on the Stay Applications by letters dated 12 March 2009 and 16 March 2009, respectively.
Other interested parties may submit comments on the Stay Applications to the Commission by 26 March 2009, copying TCC, Bell Aliant and Bell Canada.
TCC, Bell Aliant and Bell Canada may submit reply comments to the Commission by
6 April 2009, copying parties on the distribution list below.
Submissions must be received, not merely sent, by the dates indicated.
