Re: Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership’s and Bell Canada’s application to revise Interconnection Agreement for the Provision of 9-1-1 Service to a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier
On 19 February 2009, the Commission received an application by Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership and Bell Canada (collectively, Bell) to revise Bell’s Interconnection Agreement for the Provision of 9-1-1 Service to a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier. Bell requested prompt approval of the proposed changes.
The Commission received requests from MTS Allstream Inc. and Rogers Communications Inc., by letters dated 19 February 2009, that parties be allowed thirty days from the date of Bell’s application to submit comments, prior to the Commission’s consideration of the application.
Set out below are the deadlines for comments and reply comments:
Interested parties may file comments, serving other parties, by 14 April 2009.
Bell may file reply comments, serving other parties, by 24 April 2009.
