RE:   Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership TN 218, Bell Canada TN 7163, Saskatchewan Telecommunications TN 189A, and TELUS Communications Company TN 168D – supplemental interrogatories and revised timelines for comments and reply comments

On 5 March 2009, Commission staff posed interrogatories to Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership (Bell Aliant), Bell Canada , and Saskatchewan Telecommunications (SaskTel) to assist the Commission in disposing of their CDN link applications. Responses to the 5 March 2009 interrogatories were to be filed with the Commission on 20 March 2009.

Attached are further interrogatories related to these applications and to TELUS Communications Company TN168D. Commission staff considers that the information sought in these supplemental interrogatories is required for disposing of these applications.   Responses to the attached interrogatories as well as the 5 March interrogatory responses are to be filed with the Commission and served on the parties listed on the distribution list by 3 April 2009.

In light of the above, Commission staff revises the dates for comments and reply comments identified in the Commission staff's 5 March letter as follows:

The above material must be actually received by the above date.

Yours sincerely,
