RE: Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership TN 218, Bell Canada TN 7163 and Saskatchewan Telecommunications Tariff Notice 189 – supplemental interrogatories and revised timelines for comments and reply comments
On 24 December 2008, Commission staff posed interrogatories to Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership (Bell Aliant), Bell Canada, and Saskatchewan Telecommunications (SaskTel) to assist the Commission in disposing of the above-noted applications. Responses to these interrogatories were filed with the Commission on 28 January 2009.
Attached are further interrogatories related to these applications. Responses to these interrogatories are to be filed with the Commission and served on the parties listed on the distribution list by 20 March 2009.
In light of the above, Commission staff sets out further process as follows:
- Interested parties may file comments, or to the extent that they have already filed comments, may supplement their comments, by 27 March 2009, serving a copy on the parties who have participated to date. Comments are to be restricted to the responses to the interrogatories posed in the Attachment.
- Bell Aliant and Bell Canada may file reply comments, serving a copy on those parties who filed comments on their interrogatory responses by 3 April 2009.
The above material must be actually received by the above date.
