Dear Mr. Mercia:

Re: Part VII Application - Enforcement of Rogers' TPIA Tariff, TPIA Service Agreement and Rogers' General Tariff Terms of Service (Rights and Obligations)

The Commission is in receipt of a letter from Cybersurf Corporation

(Cybersurf) dated 16 February 2009 requesting an extension to 25 February 2009 to provide a reply to Rogers Communications Inc.’s answer dated 26 January 2009.

Commission staff agrees to extend the filing date for Cybersuf’s reply to 25 February 2009.

Where a document is to be filed by a specific date, the document must be actually received, and not merely sent, by that date.

Yours sincerely,
