Re: Cybersurf application for relief against BellCanadaregarding certain billing practices
       and disconnection – Request for an extension of time to submit responses

 

By email dated 16 February 2009, Cybersurf requested that the Commission extend the date for the submission of responses to the interrogatories associated with the above-noted dispute from 19 February 2009 to 24 February 2009 due to Cybersurf’s pre-existing commitments and the volume and age of some of its records. 

 

In the circumstances, the requested 5-day extension is considered reasonable. Accordingly, the deadlines set out in the Commission letters dated 29 January 2009 and 13 February 2009 are revised from 19 February 2009 to 24 February 2009, and from 1st March 2009 to 6 March 2009.

 

Documents to be filed and served in accordance with the above process are to be received, not merely sent, by the dates indicated. Copies of the documents should also be sent to the following email addresses:  rachelle.frenette@crtc.gc.ca  and nat.natraj@crtc.gc.ca.
