The Commission is in receipt of a letter from Cybersurf Corporation (Cybersurf) dated 26 January 2009 in response to Rogers Communication Inc.’s (Rogers) answer in the above-mentioned application.
As the applicant, Cybersurf Corporation may file, by 20 February 2009, a reply to Rogers’ answer dated 26 January 2009.
