Re: Public Works and Government Services Canada 's application for a Commission decision pursuant to Section 27 of the Telecommunications Act regarding telecommunications services provided by Bell Canada – MTS Allstream letter dated 30 January 2009
At 11:27 am on 29 January 2009, MTS Allstream filed a letter with the Commission in relation to the application noted above. However, a final decision, with reasons to follow, was rendered by the Commission on this matter at the oral public hearing at approximately 10:35 am on the same day.
As a result, the Commission notes that the letter filed by MTS Allstream is out of process, and accordingly will not been considered by the Commission in relation to this matter.
