Re: Updated Billing and Collection Service Processing Charges costs-revised timelines for comments and reply comments
In a letter dated 15 January 2009, the ILECs were informed, among other things, that they were to file responses to interrogatories regarding their billing and collection service (BCS) processing charges cost studies by 18 February 2009. Set out below are the revised dates for comments and reply comments:
- Interested parties, other than ILECs, may file comments, serving other parties, by 2 March 2009;
- ILECs may file reply comments, serving other parties, by 12 March 2009.
The above material is to be received, not merely sent, by the above dates.
