Re: Cybersurf's Application for Clarification of Telecom Decision 2008-117
Commission staff notes that the aggregated ADSL access services referred to in Telecom Decision 2008-117 were identified in footnote 1 to the Decision and included both Gateway Access Services (GAS) and High Speed Access (HSA) Services. As these services include the services identified in your 15 December 2008 application, Cybersurf's proposal to withdraw that application is accepted. The file is now closed.
