Dear Mr. Brazeau:
Re: Part VII application by Shaw Cablesystems Limited seeking an order directing TELUS Communications Company to provide Support Structure Service in various British Columbia communities
On 23 September 2008, the Commission received the above-mentioned Part VII application by Shaw Cablesystems Limited (Shaw) requesting that the Commission direct TELUS Communications Company (TCC) to provide support structure service to Shaw in the areas previously served by four cable systems Shaw acquired in 2007 (the Acquired Systems). Following various submissions by both parties, TCC indicated in an unchallenged letter dated 27 November 2008 that all outstanding applications for support structure service in respect to the Acquired Systems had been processed by TCC.
In light of the above, the Commission file pertaining to this application has been closed.
Yours sincerely,
