RE: MTS Allstream Inc. Part VII Application with respect to B8ZS service charges on CDN DS-1 Accesses
On 12 January 2009
, Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership and Bell Canada (the Companies) requested an opportunity to reply to any comments by Primus Telecommunications Canada Inc. (Primus) or Rogers Communications Inc. (Rogers) regarding the interrogatory responses of the Companies.
Staff considers this request reasonable and accordingly revises the process set out in the 2 December 2008 letter as follows: (a) the Companies are to file their comments regarding the comments of Primus and Rogers by 22 January 2009 ; (b) MTS Allstream Inc. is to file its reply comments by 28 January 2009. Staff notes that, as in the process set out in the 2 December 2008 letter, these comments are limited to the additional evidence or argument contained in Bell 's interrogatory responses and comments of parties related to this additional information.
