Bell Canada – Managed Utility Service – Customer Specific Arrangement

The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 18 November 2009 and amended on 9 December 2009, proposing revisions to its National Services Tariff item 722, Managed Utility Service Customer Specific Arrangement.

In its application, Bell Canada proposed to reflect the extension of a contract and a change in the minimum port commitment. In addition, the company requested that the Commission ratify the charging of the proposed rates from 1 August 2009 to the effective date of the proposed tariff changes.

The Commission approves on an interim basis the changes proposed in Bell Canada’s application, effective the date of this order. The Commission will address the company’s request for ratification and any other issues related to the application, if necessary, in a subsequent order. Revised tariff pages are to be issued within 10 days of the date of this order.
