NeXaudio.net Inc. has requested the revocation of the broadcasting licence for its national English-language radio network programming undertaking. |

Given the licensee’s request, the Commission revokes, pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the broadcasting licence issued to NeXaudio.net Inc. for the above-mentioned undertaking. |
