The Commission is amending Review of rates for Competitor Digital Network link services, Telecom Order CRTC 2009-498, 14 August 2009, in order to clarify the list of tariff notices disposed of by that order. The Commission modifies the list of tariff notices under "File number" above. The changes are highlighted in bold italics. |

The Commission also modifies paragraph 7, as follows in bold italics: |

7. In addition, TCC filed an application3 to amend its existing tariff for CDN Other CO Connection Link service, which had been approved on an interim basis in Telecom Order 2005-323. The Commission approved that amendment on an interim basis in Telecom Order 2007-59 and subsequent amendments, also on an interim basis, in Telecom Order 2007-173.4 |
