Administrative renewals |
|
1. | The Commission renews the broadcasting licences for the various radio programming undertakings set out in the appendix to this decision, from 1 September 2009 to 31 August 2011. The licences will be subject to the same terms and conditions of licence as those in effect under the current licences. |
2. | This decision does not dispose of any substantive issue that may exist with respect to the renewal of these licences and interested parties will have an opportunity to comment at the appropriate time. |
3. | This decision will allow the Commission to consider the future renewal of the licences for the undertakings noted in the appendix by taking into account the determinations that will result from its upcoming review of the community and campus radio policies set out in Public Notices 2000-13 and 2000-12 respectively. |
