The Commission approves the application by Cablevision TRP-SDM inc. (Cablevision) to amend the Class 3 broadcasting licence for its multipoint distribution system (MDS) radiocommunication distribution undertaking in Trois-Pistoles by changing its channel lineup. The Commission did not receive any interventions in connection with this application. |

Cablevision proposed to change its channel lineup by retaining only six out of its fifteen analog channels. The channels retained will include four programming services that must be carried on the basic service, namely CFTF-TV (TQS) Rivière-du-Loup, CIMT-TV (TVA) Rivière-du-Loup, CIVB-TV-1 (SRTQ) Grand Portage (programming originating from CIVM-TV Montréal) and CKRT-TV (SRC) Rivière-du-Loup, as well as two services (MétéoMédia and Super Écran 1) that will be authorized to distribute as part of the basic service and on a discretionary basis respectively. |

The remaining nine channels, which the licensee is currently authorized to distribute as part of the basic service, will be offered on a digital discretionary basis. These channels are: |

Cablevision also requests the authorization to distribute another 30 channels on a digital discretionary basis. |

Conditions of licence for the multipoint distribution system radiocommunication distribution undertaking serving Trois-Pistoles, Quebec |

1. For the purposes of the Broadcasting Distribution Regulations, as amended from time to time, the licence held by the licensee is a Class 3 licence. | |
2. The licensee shall adhere to the Broadcasting Distribution Regulations, with the exception of section 32. The authorizations set out in section 33 of the Broadcasting Distribution Regulations do not apply to the licensee. | |
3. The licensee must distribute the following programming services as part of the basic service:

4. The licensee is authorized to distribute MétéoMédia as part of the basic service. | |
5. The licensee is authorized to distribute Super Écran 1 on a discretionary basis. | |
