1.

With this notice, the Commission amends certain scheduled dates established in Proceeding to consider the appropriateness of mandating certain wholesale high-speed access services, Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2009-261, 8 May 2009, as amended by Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2009-261-1, 4 August 2009, Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2009-261-2, 11 August 2009, Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2009-261-3, 12 August 2009, and Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2009-261-4, 2 September 2009.

2.

The Commission is amending scheduled dates to allow additional time for parties to provide further information and to publicly disclose information deemed not to be confidential with respect to interrogatories. Additional changes stem from the fact that, following a request from the Government of Canada, the Commission will be holding a public hearing in December 2009 to obtain the views of the public on the implications of implementing a compensation regime for the value of local television signals. The Commission amends the dates in paragraphs 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 32, and 33 as set out below:

26. Determinations will be issued with respect to requests for further information and public disclosure as soon as possible. Any information to be provided pursuant to that determination must be filed with the Commission and served on all interested parties by 9 October 2009.

27. Parties may file submissions with the Commission, serving a copy on all parties, by 19 October 2009.

28. Parties may address additional interrogatories to any party who filed submissions pursuant to paragraph 27. Any such interrogatories must be filed with the Commission and served on the relevant party or parties by 26 October 2009.

29. Responses to interrogatories addressed pursuant to paragraph 28 are to be filed with the Commission and served on all parties by 10 November 2009. The information to be provided on the public record in response to these interrogatories should be consistent with the level of disclosure found to be appropriate in the determinations contemplated by paragraph 26.

30. The Commission will hold an oral public hearing, beginning on 11 January 2010 at the Conference Centre, Phase IV, 140 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec. The hearing is expected to last no more than five days.

32. All parties may file final submissions with the Commission on any matter within the scope of this proceeding, serving copies on all other parties, by 29 January 2010.

33. All parties may file replies with the Commission, serving copies on all other parties, by 12 February 2010.
