Notice of hearing | |
27 May 2009 Halifax, Nova Scotia Correction to preamble for item 4 |
|
Further to Broadcasting Notice of Consultation 2009-158, the Commission announces the following:
The preamble for item 4 is amended and the changes are in bold:
Item 4 | |
While not competitive with the Halifax applications from an economic perspective, the technical amendment application by the Parrsboro Radio Society for its continued use of the 99.1 MHz frequency would be technically mutually exclusive with the application submitted by Frank Torres, on behalf of a corporation to be incorporated, for a new Halifax FM station, proposing the use of the 99.1 MHz frequency (item 3). Accordingly, item 4 will be scheduled as part of the competitive phase at the hearing where the Commission will consider the Halifax new radio applications.
