Administrative renewals – Corrections

1.

The Commission hereby announces that CTV Limited and its Bravo service were inadvertently omitted from the list entitled "Specialty programming undertakings" in the English version of Appendix I to Administrative renewals, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2009-145, 17 March 2009.

2.

The Commission also replaces the name Cogeco Radio-Télévision inc., TVA Group Inc., TQS inc. and Viewer's Choice Canada Inc., partners in a general partnership carrying on business as Canal Indigo, société en nom collectif, with the correct licensee name, TVA Group Inc., in the "Pay-per-view programming undertakings" list of the decision noted above.

3.

The Commission also notes that Cogeco Radio-Télévision inc., TVA Group Inc., TQS inc. and Viewer's Choice Canada Inc., partners in a general partnership carrying on business as Canal Indigo, société en nom collectif, should not have been included under the "Direct-to-home pay-per-view programming undertakings" list of the decision noted above.
