The Network Working Group (NTWG) of the CRTC Interconnection Steering Committee (CISC) submitted a consensus report and Internet Protocol (IP) to IP interconnection guidelines (the guidelines) to the CISC Steering Committee (SC). |

On 13 February 2009, the SC approved the following consensus report and guidelines and subsequently referred them to the Commission for consideration: |

The consensus report and the guidelines are available on the Commission's website at www.crtc.gc.ca. |

The Commission has reviewed and approves the above-noted consensus report and guidelines. |
