By Decision 97-573, TFO was authorized for distribution in certain distribution undertakings in New Brunswick for a wholesale rate of $0.13 per subscriber per month. This decision also noted that the proposed wholesale rate would allow TFO to recover the costs associated with the distribution of its service in New Brunswick, including expenses related to independent productions in New Brunswick. |
