  Further to its Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 2008-14 dated 13 November 2008, the Commission announces the following:
  The changes are in bold.

  Orillia, Ontario
Application No. 2008-0831-3
  Application by Debra McLaughlin, on behalf of a corporation to be incorporated, for a licence to operate an English-language FM commercial radio programming undertaking in Orillia.
  The new station would operate on frequency 89.1 MHz (channel 206B) with an average effective radiated power of 2,900 watts (maximum effective radiated power of 10,000 watts with an effective height of antenna above average terrain of 231 metres).
