Re: Revised process associated with CDN Link Service applications: Bell Aliant/Bell Canada TN 218/7163, SaskTel TN 189, and TCC TN 168D
By a letter dated 26 August 2008, the Commission directed the ILECs to submit revised cost studies along with associated tariff pages for their CDN Link Services, in accordance with their revised Phase II cost methodology manuals. The Commission also set out a process for comment and reply comment, which concluded 1 December 2008.
To assist the Commission in disposing of these applications, Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership (Bell Aliant), Bell Canada, Saskatchewan Telecommunications (SaskTel) and Telus Communications Company (TCC) are requested to provide responses to the attached interrogatories concerning their respective CDN link service cost studies. Responses to these interrogatories are to be filed with the Commission and served on the parties listed on the distribution list, by 28 January 2009 .
In light of the above, Commission staff sets out further process as follows:
- Interested parties may file comments, or to the extent that they have already filed comments, may supplement their comments, by 4 February 2009, serving a copy on the parties who have participated to date. Comments are to be restricted to the responses to the interrogatories posed in Attachment 2.
- Bell Aliant, Bell Canada , SaskTel and TCC may file reply comments, serving a copy on those parties who filed comments on their interrogatory responses by 11 February 2009.
The above material must be filed and served on all parties to this process by the dates set out above and must be received, not merely sent, by those dates.
Yours sincerely,
