RE:  Associated with Tariff Notice No. 668

 

On 8 December 2008, the Commission received TN 668 from MTS Allstream Inc. (MTS Allstream) proposing revisions to the monthly rates applicable to Competitor Digital Network (CDN) Intra-exchange Channels service at speeds of DS-0, DS-1 and DS-3 as specified in its Access Services Tariff (CRTC 24006), Item 125, Competitor Digital Network Services. MTS Allstream submitted that the proposed rate revisions were required to correct for cost omissions in its earlier cost studies for these services.

Set out below is the process to address MTS Allstream’s application:  

  1. A response to the attached interrogatory is to be provided by 16 January 2009;
  2. Interested parties may file comments by 23 January 2009;
  3. MTS Allstream may file reply comments by 30 January 2009.  

The above material must be filed by the dates set out above and must be received, not merely sent, by those dates.
