Re: Part VII Application by The Internet Centre Inc. seeking an order requesting that TELUS Communications Company be directed to provision unconditioned local analog channels
On 3 December 2008 and 17 December 2008 the Commission issued letters setting out the process with respect to interrogatories addressed to TELUS Communications Company (TCC) in relation to the above-noted application. Consistent with the practice that the applicant provide final reply comments, the process for commenting on the TCC interrogatory responses is amended to provide the opportunity for The Internet Centre Inc. (TICI) to submit final reply.
Accordingly, parties may comment on TCC’s responses to these interrogatories by 8 January 2009. TCC may reply to interested parties by 19 January 2009. TICI may provide final reply comments by 28 January 2009.
