Dear Mr. Woodhead:
By letter, dated 9 December 2008, the Commission requested that TCC provide responses to interrogatories on the above file by 19 December 2008.
By letter, dated 16 December 2008, TCC requested an extension of the filing deadline to 16 January 2009, due to workload constraints, and the unavailability of staff over the holiday period.
Staff considers that TCC 's request to extend its filing deadline to 16 January 2009 is acceptable.
