Dear Mr. Woodhead:

Re: Part VII application by The Internet Centre Inc. seeking an order requesting that TELUS Communications Company be directed to provision unconditioned local channels - responses to interrogatories

The Commission has received correspondence from TELUS Communications Company (TCC), dated 17 December 2008, seeking to extend the deadline for responding to interrogatories in relation to the above-noted application by an additional 2 days, to 19 December 2008. This request is considered to be reasonable.

In recognition of this extension for TCC, the deadlines for further comments are also being extended. Accordingly, parties may comment on TCC's responses to the interrogatories by 8 January 2009. TCC may provide reply comments by 19 January 2009.

Yours sincerely,
