RE: Tariff Notice 42 - Miscellaneous Services
On 26 November 2008, the Commission received an application by Téléphone Milot Inc. (TMI), under cover of Tariff Notice 42 (TN 42), in which the company proposed a modification to its services' bundle labelled Service Perfection in its General Tariff Section 2.13.
As TMI has informed Commission staff that it will amend TN 42, TN 42 will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day after it was received.
