Re: Bell Aliant Tariff Notice 224 and Bell Canada TN 7167 - Gateway Access Service

 

On 19 November 2008, the Commission issued interrogatories to Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership (Bell Aliant) and Bell Canada (collectively, the Companies) with respect to Bell Aliant Tariff Notice 224 and Bell Canada Tariff Notice 7167 (TN 224 and TN 7167), respectively. Upon further review of TN 224 and TN 7167, Commission staff requires additional information and is requesting a response to the attached interrogatory by 12  December 2008.  Accordingly, the Companies' response to the interrogatories formerly due on 1 st  December 2008 may now also be provided by 12 December 2008 . The Companies are requested to provide an abridged version of the responses to these interrogatories for the public record.

 

In light of the requirement for this additional information, Commission staff is extending the deadlines under which parties may comment on TN 224 and TN 7167 to 19 December 2008. The Companies may provide reply comments by 7 January 2009.
