Re: Application by Kincardine for local competition in Wightman's territory
The Commission is in receipt of a letter from Kincardine Cable TV Ltd. (Kincardine), dated 17 November 2008, informing the Commission that it is withdrawing its request to Wightman Communications Ltd. to open its market to competition and to file an implementation plan with the Commission in respect of the above-mentioned application.
Accordingly, the Commission's file of this Part VII application is now closed.
