LetterOttawa, 20 October 2008 File No.: 8661-C12-200716699 By E-mail Mr. Ted Woodhead Dear Mr. Woodhead: Re: Telecom Decision CRTC 2008-33 - TELUS Communications Company Network access charge In TELUS Communications Company - Network access charge , Telecom Decision 2008-33, 17 April 2008, the Commission directed TELUS Communications Company (TCC) to file a proposal, within six months of the date of the decision, "for dealing with any amounts that the company could not reimburse or credit because it was unable to locate certain eligible subscribers." By letter, dated 16 October 2008, TCC requested an extension of the filing deadline for its proposal to 31 October 2008. TCC's request to extend the filing date for its proposal to 31 October 2008 is acceptable.
