Further to the Commission's letter of 3 July 2007 and TBayTel's letter of 7 August 2008, this is to advise that TBayTel's above noted application will be dealt with soon after the decision is issued on the proceeding initiated by Regulatory framework for the implementation of wireless number portability within the serving territories of the small incumbent local exchange carriers , Telecom Public Notice CRTC 2008-11, 19 June 2008.
