In order to obtain a full record to evaluate the request of Axia SuperNet Ltd. to exclude the 30 communities from the list approved for TELUS Communications Company in Use of deferral account funds to improve access to telecommunications services for persons with disabilities and to expand broadband services to rural and remote communities , Telecom Decision CRTC 2008-1, 17 January 2008, the Commission directed that certain alternate broadband service providers (ABSPs) file broadband service information with the Commission, and serve a copy on all parties to the proceeding initiated by Review of proposals to dispose of the funds accumulated in the deferral accounts , Telecom Public Notice CRTC 2006-15, 30 November 2006 (the Telecom Public Notice 2006-15 proceeding). The Commission described that information requirement to include the information identified in paragraph 9(a) of Telecom Public Notice 2006-15 as well as answers to interrogatories issued concurrent with Telecom Decision 2008-87. In order to have a full record on which to consider these exclusion requests, the Commission, in the attachments to this letter, is addressing interrogatories to the ABSPs identified in the following table with respect to the communities noted therein: ABSP Alberta Community Attachment # AB North.com Internet Services Dixonville 1 Barrett Xplore Inc.
