RE: Tariff Notice 48 - Competitive Local Exchange Carrier Tariff

On 15 August 2008, the Commission received an application by Execulink Telecom in which the company proposed revisions to its Competitive Local Exchange Carrier Tariff.

The Commission received a request from the company on 20 August 2008 to withdraw Tariff Notices 48. The company's request is accepted.
