Re: Part VII application for forbearance from the regulation of business local exchange services in the exchange of St-Raymond, Quebec

Dear Mr. Tardif :

The Commission is in receipt of a letter from DERYtelecom inc., dated 18 August 2008, indicating that it could not provide comments to the above-mentioned application by TELUS Communications Company in time.   Accordingly, DERYtelecom inc. is requesting an extension to 24 August 2008.

The request for this extension is granted.

Where a document is to be filed by a specific date, the document must be actually received, and not merely sent, by that date.
