LetterOttawa, 11 August 2008 File No.: 8640-B54-200809741 By email Sharon Chuter Dear Ms. Chuter: Re: Part VII application for forbearance from the regulation business local exchange services in the exchange of Clinton, Ontario On 15 July 2008, the Commission received the above-mentioned Part VII application by Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership (Bell Aliant) pursuant to Telecom Decision 2006-15 as amended by the Governor in Council's Order Varying Telecom Decision CRTC 2006-15, P.C. 2007-532, 4 April 2007 (Telecom Decision 2006-15). Pursuant to Telecom Circular 2007-13, 19 April 2007, comments from participating parties must be filed within 20 calendar days of the date of the application. In order to complete the record in the above-mentioned application, Tuckersmith Communications Co-Operative Limited is to provide by 15 August 2008 comments on its capability to serve at least 75 percent of the number of business local exchange service lines that Bell Aliant is capable of serving in the exchange of Clinton.
